Pippa of London, an international cosmetics brand, was scaling fast across its own store, wholesale, and marketplaces. Stock lived in spreadsheets and a generic tool that could not track batches or expiry dates. Pickers worked from printouts, counts drifted through the day, and the risk of overselling or shipping short-dated product grew with every new market.
We built a bespoke warehouse platform on how Pippa of London actually operates. Real-time stock across every channel, barcode-driven goods-in and picking, and batch and expiry handling built for cosmetics, so the oldest safe stock always ships first. On top of it sits an AI layer that forecasts demand per product and per market to drive replenishment, catches stock discrepancies before they turn into oversells, and orders each picker's route to cut walking. It connects to their store and couriers, so the whole floor runs from one screen.
