Same-day dispatch worldwide, run from one screen
Pippa of London is an international cosmetics brand that now ships to more than 30 markets from one warehouse platform we built, with live stock accuracy at 99.8% and orders picked and packed 50% faster.

The challenge
Pippa of London, an international cosmetics brand, was scaling fast across its own store, wholesale, and marketplaces. Stock lived in spreadsheets and a generic tool that could not track batches or expiry dates. Pickers worked from printouts, counts drifted through the day, and the risk of overselling or shipping short-dated product grew with every new market.
What we did
We built a bespoke warehouse platform on how Pippa of London actually operates. Real-time stock across every channel, barcode-driven goods-in and picking, and batch and expiry handling built for cosmetics, so the oldest safe stock always ships first.
On top of it sits an AI layer that forecasts demand per product and per market to drive replenishment, catches stock discrepancies before they turn into oversells, and orders each picker's route to cut walking. It connects to their store and couriers, so the whole floor runs from one screen.
Results
The platform replaced a fragile, spreadsheet-run operation with one the team trusts. Orders leave the warehouse 50% faster, because pickers follow the shortest route the system sets instead of working from printouts. Live stock accuracy holds at 99.8%, so overselling and short-dated shipments get caught before they reach a customer. And one platform now runs more than 30 markets, so growth into a new country no longer means a new warehouse system.
